TERMS OF USE
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Pyenix is an independent creator showcase and community operated through Pyenix. By accessing the service or signing in, you agree to these terms.
ACCOUNTS
Ordinary member accounts use Google authentication. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your Pyenix profile. You must not impersonate another person or evade a restriction using additional accounts.
USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing it, you grant Pyenix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, format, cache and promote that content only as reasonably required to operate and present the service. You may edit, unpublish or delete your content, subject to backups, moderation records and legal obligations.
CREDITS AND RIGHTS
You must have the necessary rights or permission to share your project, media, artwork, code, writing, links and embedded material. You must provide reasonable credits for collaborators and third-party assets. Copyright complaints may be submitted through the report or contact system.
AI-ASSISTED CONTENT
AI-generated and AI-assisted work is permitted. Creators must use the available workflow labels honestly and remain responsible for what they publish, including misleading claims, unlawful material, privacy violations and infringement.
EXTERNAL LINKS AND EMBEDS
Projects may open or run content hosted by third parties. Executable games, applications and websites are treated as untrusted and are sandboxed, restricted, rejected or converted to an external link; approved embeds may connect to their provider when the project page loads. Pyenix does not control third-party availability, security, advertising, tracking or terms.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
You must follow the Community Rules. Moderators may remove content, lock discussions, limit messaging, suspend features or ban accounts. Serious or repeated abuse may be acted on without advance warning. Users may submit an appeal through the contact system.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The service is supplied on an as-available basis. Features may change, break, move or be discontinued. No guarantee is made that projects, embeds, messages or stored content will remain continuously available. Keep your own copies of important work.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyenix and Pyenix are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, third-party conduct or harm arising from external content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
CHANGES
These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes should be dated on this page.
